Our project is located in Çubuklı District. Our project called Güneşli Residence consists of 19 flats in total. Consisting of 6 1+1, 10 2+1 and 3 4+1 Dublex flats; It is a complex structure built as a whole with living spaces, gym, parking lot and many equipment. 30% down payment is made. The remaining amount is paid in installments until the end of the project.
